		<description>Eh, the most accurate way to describe it is to say that your quantum state exists at one specifed time coordinate, so the change of your quantum states is the movement of time, and you can't really go back because of the way physics works out.  That is, assuming you don't feel life inside an event horizon is just extra fun today (Then you can travel back and forth.  This is a gross oversimplification, but its the general idea).  

That guy is just trying to make science sound all .... hippy.  Thanks, but if the tree falls, it makes a sound, and I don't give a damn who is there to hear it!</description>
