I think that Mr. Weaver may have overdone his master analogy, though. The way she kept saying they were 'super-qualified' made me think of a parent who is beaming about her kid with Downs' Syndrome. Ms. Driver is the reason people hate ammirfative action and the reason alot of people have very negative views of black people in the political arena. She clealry doesn't respect black people.
