		<description>You should be aware that this has already been the case in California for a few years.  California has implemented emissions limits on California dairies and cattle ranches to reduce methane gas emissions and leaching of chemicals into the groundsoil from manure.

Of course, ranchers are complaining and claiming it is impossible to reduce emissions effectively.  Nonetheless, as the regulations go into effect, ranchers are beginning to meet the tougher standards and the world is better for it.

It might sound crazy, but wouldn't you rather have less of a cow smell when you drive by Harris Ranch on I-5 (especially if it reduces environmental damage and allows you to continue driving a petroleum driven car)?</description>
