Military service members belong in Berkeley as much as anyone else. What's more, the Marine recruitment center in Berkeley is for officers and is eligible only to college graduates. Minorities, the poor, and impressionable teenagers are not being recruited, as the "activists" certainly know. I am a Berkeley resident and I think this resolution is a disgrace.
