I have to say that I really liked your article about the future of the GOP. I’m not too involved in politics but I feel that the Republican Party does need to change and really look at itself. We cannot just be a party that is opposed to Obama and the Democrats.

I disagree with the article on sticking to the center. The Republican Party is a center-right party but it needs to be more conservative. We tried going to the center with John McCain and while I voted for him and definitely supported him over Obama, it clearly didn’t work. We lost because we went to the center so why set ourselves up for defeat again?
